Blacklist

When I read a post on WHT, I have an idea: “Why don’t I create a blacklist of VPS provider so user could stay away from them?”. And yes, here it is. I will update it frequently. So you should come here to check out the list and update yours list too :D

(This is my own list, you don’t have to follow :D)

1. RockstarVPS

  • URL: http://rockstarvps.com/
  • Reason: They’ve restricted access from some countries, include my country, VietNam and he dealt with adult stuff. We don’t have to deal with this kind of provider.

2. Host1Free, Host1Plus

  • URL: http://host1free.com, http://host1plus.com
  • Reason: They have a scam affiliate system. They will credit you money when you refer people to them, but they will wipe out all of it when you intend to cash out. They also have been banned from WebHostingTalk and FreeWebSpace.
  • Michael

FeHosting needs to be added to this list.  Just google them and see the massive number of complaints covering the first results page!

I got one VPS with them, and my friend got one two. Both are working fine without any issue.
Support is slow but we got what we paid for? Why blacklist them? :-s

It is unfair method of blacklisting the provider only by your own opinion.
I want to advice you to only black listing the provider who cheat/scam/gaming their customer.

Thank you. They’ve called us frauder and blocked us so why would we don’t blacklist them?

I don’t think the market for Vietnamese VPS customers is very high and due to your country’s excessive open proxies, blocking 0.0001% of the world’s customers is not a bad idea.

        • http://giang.us/blog gіаиg

Sure, you’re all the right to do this :) But as I’m a business man, the market with a few customers but high demand is potential market.

And about the proxies, you should talk it with our ISP, since we’re living in socialism and communism country, so proxy is the only solution to censor the world wide web, lol

Open proxies and paid proxies are two different things. If you’re so concerned about censorship, maybe you should leave Vietnam and go find another place to live because if your country cannot get it’s act together, even after US intervention, your country is never going to be free.

LOL, even the world wide web is censored, but it’s my country. As a Vietnamese citizen, I’m happy with what I have here.

Let’s go back to the main topic. I actually have no idea with Open Proxies and Paid Proxies, lol

Research it yourself and get back to me then you will realize the reasoning behind them blocking you. Go sign up for a VPS provider with other providers then you will see this is very common, and rightfully so. I typed in Vietnam proxies in Google and realize why any intelligent sales department would block your country.

I have a lot of VPS with many providers and they’re working fine without any issues.

I’ve searched “Vietnam proxies” and try them myself, bad news is all of them didn’t work…

And Vietnam proxies are about 1% of all proxies, most are US?
