VPSDeploy has posted a new offer with SSD hard disk and servers are located in OVH Datacenter, France. The price is really cheap for a SSD VPS, but you have to pay annually to get the listed price.
I couldn’t find much information about VPSDeploy, except their domain and WHT username are registered in 2010. Their Terms of service is simple, but you should read it first before sign up for their service. (Not only VPSDeploy but also all another providers, it may take some times but it’s worth!).
If you confuse about SSD, please take a look at dd test result below (provided by their representative):
