Mountspot is Asia-based low end provider for VPS with special features. Their server in this offer is located in India Tier-4 datacenter but they didn’t mention which datacenter? We were trying to Google the word “IndianHeart” appear in their Our datacenters page but we didn’t find any related information.
Also, their office is located in Hongkong (MountSpot Ltd. 45/F The Lee Gardens, 33 Hysan Avenye, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong) and they are private company in Hongkong too.
We have did a small check on this company. It seems they are MountSpot Limited (CR No. 1589686. Do it yourself by searching in the URL: https://www.icris.cr.gov.hk/csci/cns_search.jsp). But they’ve just rename their company in June 02, 2011 from BRIBE LIMITED (They were using this name from April 18, 2011 to June 01, 2011). 
They offer their Explorer VPS with recurring price $6.58/month when using promotional code ”supersaver“. Here is the specification:
