A new BudgetVPS offer from Megabyte Hosting Canada. Megabyte Hosting domain is registered from 2005 so I assume they were selling web hosting services since then.

Their test IP (199.19.95.52) is owned by YesUP (AS22923). I couldn’t find much information about this company but they are seems not running by run-by-night kids =D They are offering 15% recurring off on any plans and any payment terms, so the Plan 128 price would be $3.8/month if you pay annually.
